Indy ECS problems

Hi there, I have an issue with my indivision ecs in my A600. My old PSU was flakey so I replaced it with one of the meanwell ones and it works great no problems with the vampires HDMI output and even on the RGB port but the VGA output is full of flickering lines up and down the screen. Its driving me mad as I cant use my amiga at the moment as the lids off and I can use anything thats native video... if i swap back to the old PSU all is fine apart from it taking 2 or 3 attempts before the miggy will boot - I know my hardware combination is a tested one as I have seen other people on here use a vampire and a Indy ECS together with no issues.
