Amiga input voltages

I have one 360W ATX PSU I use with my Amiga 1200, but it gives some funky results on the voltage lines under load...

+5v: 4.83 - 4.88v (if I run a WHDLoad game, it's at .83-.84 in WB it's .86-.88)
+12v: 12.79v
-12v: -11.53v

Are they okay values..? It's a very good PSU and the only one I have left, so I'd be very happy if I could stick to it. Don't want to use it if it's harmful for the miggy!

Probably needs higher minimum load on 12V line if it is ATX2.x power supply.
