Exclamation WinUAE 2.2.0 - Doesn't store several config settings.

Hi Toni,

I just updated to WinUAE 2.2.0 and seem to have some issues.
It seems some config options won't get used AND saved.
Most of those are recently included.

As far as I am concerned those include...

Host - Display - Settings - Native Mode
I can set "Fullscreen + AutoVsync" but just switching to some other menu is enough to make it fall back to whatever it was before.
Also it doesn't seem to work anymore (at least DynaBlaster won't even try to switch resolutions)

Host - Display - Screen
"Double buffering" and "No buffering" don't seem to work either.
Both fall back to "Triple buffering" on restart of the emulator.

Confirmed.

Buffering option has never been saved to config and apparently nobody noticed it.. (it has been broken since it was added in beta1!)

autovsync simply got broken when I was "optimizing" stuff..

(But I am not sure if two equals several..)
