Foundation DC - mission 2

I have a problem with level 2 of "Foundation DC". Mission's goal is to own 40% of land. I have over 40% of land but game shows that mission is only 83% completed. How to complete this mission?

I'm playing Foundation Gold and i'm stuck in the same situation. Have 77% of island, enemy is almost half conquered and still have only 83% completed.

As far as I remember Foundation was very buggy game. Generaly I advise you update the game to the latest version.

Yes it's a bug. But solution is not updating but "downgrading". My problem with mission 2 occured when I was playing Foundation Director's Cut but updated to newer version, allowing using extra missions (Undiscovered Land). When I deleted it from hard drive and installed "pure" Foundation DC (without update and extra missions) there were no bugs anymore.

I was playing in Foundation (first one) and finished second island without problem. Now i'm playing in Gold edition (last one) and you cannot downgrade it, because base version is 1.50. Now i'm trying v1.51 which have only patched problems with mission objectives (sounds familiar). Loading of saved game didn't help, so i start again conquest. Now i'm in this mission with 33% of land.

Edit: Now i have 43% and still mission is not over. Is there any newer patch than 1.51 for Foundation Gold?

Edit: I thought that You must fit exactly 40% and it's not this. I had exactly 40% and still mission was not over. It seems that trigger which was working in preview versions doesn't working any more.
