Transferred Hardfile comes up as NDOS in WinUAE?

I used Amiga Explorer to pull over the four partitions of the HDD on my A3000. Each partition took about three hours to transfer, but AE did not report any errors. On the A3000 itself, the machine boots off DH0: and DH1-3 all show up fine and SysInfo shows all four partitions are FFS.

But when I tried to run WinUAE (1.4.6) off those hardfiles, they all came up in WinUAE as not DOS disks. What's up with that? Data corruption during the transfer that AE didn't detect/report?

UPDATE: Never mind. After some googling, I found that I needed to get the drive geometry info from the Amiga and enter it into the WinUAE config.
