I don't think you will get much more response here than you did at amiga.org with the same question.
The easiest way and one I use myself is to get the floppy adaptor from Ian Stedmans homepage, http://www.ianstedman.co.uk/Sales/sales.html
Scroll down the page and it's the first in the sales list, (V2.5 Floppy drive adaptor), just plug it in and go, works with every PC floppy drive I've tried it with.

the Teac FDD's with BH9521 are not documented.
Closest thing is this....

to set DS0 simply move the jumper at DS1 90 degrees to bridge the pads for DS0
The function of pin 34 is fixed (track joins to chip) so that track would need to be cut.
There are other jumpers such as S4, S5, S8 connected to pin 2 so it may be possible with some trial and error to change pin 2 to DC using jumpers, but that will require some tracing with a multi-meter to see where the other side of the jumper pad goes.
If you don't know what you are doing either use the mod above or leave it because most likely messing with the wrong jumpers will blow up the drive.

some additional info here....

Thank you
I tried all but couldn't find the right one for READY signal for Pin 34, then I had to use diode method =/
