Firstly apologies if this is not right place to file a bug:-

Uaegfx driver works fine for rtg until i set amiga ram above 512mb and any higher the rtg stops working and my workbench comes up in a low res mode

32bit address space is limited in Windows. Use 64bit WinUAE to allow more RAM.

Note that Amiga address space is limited, too. You cannot have more than 2 GB RAM altogether.
