I have a fully licensed version of gold ed for when i was using dice compiler and i believe another when i got storm c++.
I did try google for gold ed / editor and the best result i got (after an hour mind you) was to aminet for a demo version of golded 4.
I appreciate dietmar's position, and indeed, a lot of people have as in thier eyes had their toes trodden on and I didn't mean to come off flipant (as i read it now) in my previous post.
I appreciate the new link btw as I have been looking for a familiar IDE for gcc / linux development.
