Sorry, but this are too many unknown variables. And the measurement method filming via iPhone cam sounds adventurous too.
Is there really a method to get accurate (or nearly accurate) Input lag values? I could image that would work for real hardware somehow. In PC emulation the software/hardware chain is too variable to get prevailing results.
