Server error has been fixed.

I got multiple mails on a daily basis about disconnected or damaged downloads.

The problem is mostly fixed, but in some cases, it may still not work. That is why a second server has been launched (Server 2 at downloads), which is 100% stable, so that is the preferred one.

Thanks to FOL/PSPUAE Dev Team for the webspace.

There were minor changes and uploads, too...
