Not at all (except for the background picture)
When I had nothing but Workbench I made it all look pretty with just iconedit and wbpattern.
It looked just liek that except for teh picture background (which appears thanks to WBPicture, a NickPrefs app that came in an AUI Superdiskk, IIRC)
