World Class Leader Board - data disks

HOL lists the following data disks for WCLB:
- Famous Courses Vol. I (Dorado Beach, Harbour Town, Pine Ridge, Sunningdale)
- Famous Courses Vol. II (Colonial, Pebble Beach, Muirfield, Glenmoor)
- Course Architect
- Scenery Disk

On the adf-files I've found, the Course Architect program can be found on the main program disk; I haven't been able to locate any separate disk of it or of the Scenery Disk. FC#1 contains the four courses mentioned, along with directories for backgrounds and trees. FC#2 seems to contain some official courses and some unofficial ones, but not the exact ones mentioned in HOL.

My questions:
1. Was Course Architect and Scenery Disk ever released? My suspicions are that Course Architect was included with WCLB from the beginning, and that Scenery Disk really is the background and trees directories on FC#1.
2. Is an uncompromised FC#2 "out there"?
3. Mobygames lists a FC#3 for C64. Two of the four courses (Firestone & Sawgrass) are among the ones on the circulating FC#2. Are these genuine or created in Course Architect? If genuine, are the other two (Banff Springs & St. George) also available on the Amiga? Was even FC#3 released for the Amiga as well?
