Well, so we would have to retest ALL TOSEC disks!!

Just try to pick some of the [v Lamer Exterminator 2] ones and check if the virus is there! You will rarely find it ON the disk, but just its mischief: destroyed blocks.
I did some random samples and didn't find any virus file on there, but you may prove me wrong of course.
(Note: NOT to be confused with Lamer v4, this is another pair of socks, nor were I speaking of that )

OK found three more...

Lords of War (1989)(Digital Concepts)[cr VF] (A65194E9)
Lords of War (1989)(Digital Concepts)[cr VF][a2] (133D31D9)
Lords of War (1989)(Digital Concepts)[cr VF][a3] (BD54C248)
Also LAMER 2, on block #260 (disk offset 0x20800)
The [a]-version appears to be error-free.
Would be interesting to know the difference between the [a] (39414B7A) and the [a4] (B166B114) version...

It pops into the eye that the LAMERs are on lots of the disks from the collection of this guy who apparently transferred a helluva lot of his stuff on Christmas 1996

This is no erroneously performed overdump, but an extended ADF in old format. (UAE--ADF)
