There look to be a lot of colours on screen, so on a hunch I searched every AGA and CD32 RPG on HOL (there aren't many). Didn't find anything, unfortunately.

The screenshot is curved, so it's probably either a photo of a screen or scanned from a magazine. It's in the wrong aspect ratio, so I fixed it to 4:3, whereupon it resizes quite neatly to 320x240. This could be a PC game.
