Actually TCD, I like it, it's not too official, and bearing in mind, any work done by others hold a copyright notice anyway, without the word or symbol copyright.

btw. I've changed the heading from 'Copyright Notice (Cover Only)' to 'Important Notice'

Edit: Image has changed on post 686 to TCD's suggestion.
