I remember using joysticks from the
Quickshot series, and I must have had the famous Epyx model, but the memories are blurred.
Brands were not that important in the early 90s, what I mean by that is the manufacturers did not carry a strong corporate image. Admittedly, joysticks were not made to be kept over the years.
Good joysticks usually had micro-switches but there were exceptions.
