On the micro-sd card where you install the Amiga system there is a FAT partition.
You can size that partition to whatever you like.
That partition can easy be mounted inside AmigaOS to copy to and from.
Other solution I'm using is SD-Box.
It is this adapter on the Parallel port also using micro-sd card, FAT formated.
Floppy or Gotek is also working but that is very old school and limited
The USB ports on Pi is not working. That would need a hardware driver and software like Poseidon.
Since WiFi is in the works that will be another solution and probably the best. Set up some FTP server and you are done
