No, su GAAE is installed Workbench 2.1 which by default has the gray color, the authors of GAAE had created the Blue-Yellow colors and saved with the file palette.Ilbm (that you have unintentionally changed).
WB 1.3 no use "palette.Ilbm", but save the colors and pointer in the filesystem-configuration (compatible file also with WB 2.x).

I attach my colors to WB 1.3 and 2.1
