Aros (Icaros 2.3.3) installation problem

I have an HP Elitebook 2540P that I don't use for anything right now. Getting a bit slow for Win10 so I Dbanned it and booted Icaros live.

InstallAROS launches a partition dialog, which I filled thusly: IMAGE

Installer then tells me that partitions have been created, please reboot and re-launch installer. I restart, run the installer and select to use existing Aros partitions. Installation runs for a while, then tells me the drive is in an unreadable format.

HDToolbox shows me the following: IMAGE

So the installer created a 7.8Gb partition, and now the partition table is somehow 'unknown'. And after I set it to 'RDB', the toolbox claims success. But the table still remains 'unknown' when I check it again...

Any ideas? I'd believe it's a bad drive, but Windows never gave any grief, checkdisk showed no errors on last check and DBAN finished without errors.
