8 VOICE! - this is the key word I was missing.
I have now raided Aminet for 8 voice tracks, and I have looked through all the PD-Soft music disk lists, and I think the disk I was looking for was PM163. Lots of memories on those disks, the 100 C64 tunes on disk 1, the Digital Concert disks, will enjoy going back through those.
It also looks like my week will be busy going through UPD memories.
