That is no spelling Mistake . It´s the ACTUAL Title of the game.
The Artist who done the Cover Art made the spelling error, (wrote Giana, instead of Gianna
) But it was to Late in production to change that, and Rainbow Arts basically said : "Nevermind"
Thats the REAL Reason, if you dont belive me ask Chris Hülsbeck.
