I abandoned my Amiga because Commodore went bust and eventually there was hardly any software for it, not because of 3D. lol. Yes, i did buy an 030 blizzard back then to play alot of 3D Amiga Games, and yes i was truly very impressed by that new texture mapped ( as it was coined ) vision, especially in the demo scene, but i always felt there was a place for 2D, and to be honest, the best games ive ever played have been 2D, or isometric 2D/3D.
