Under OS 4.x, max total Z3 space is 1G (0x40000000-0x7fffffff). OS 4.x won't accept Z3 devices outside of official Z3 space.
Both Z3 RAM and RTG RAM must fit inside this space.
One possible option is to use PCI RTG (Virge or Voodoo 3) + G-REX. This configuration frees whole Z3 space for Z3 RAM.
