So I decided to open the miggy (btw, it's a Rev 1D.1, it's a good rev?) and see the drive with my own eyes.

Is this drive good, or it'll have incompatibilities like the Escom A1200s, which had PC drives in them?

Seeing I've also got a real Amiga drive from my old A600 (a Teac one) it'd be better to put that in? I recall it had a lot of difficulties reading some floppies of mine, but if it's more compatible, then I guess it's still better.

Also another question... will this drive read HD formatted floppies?

Thanks
Hi Jbenam,

What is the model and revision of the Floppy drive.. looks like a Mitsumi ?
