You know, you're right. Sometimes I do over think stuff. I'll try to get some form of engine going before asking though - otherwise I'm just wasting people's time IMHO.

I like the water & enemies a great deal more with their less-in-your-face colours. Though I do believe I liked the 'moonscape' better when it was still darker.
Overall, much nicer
