I'd like to add that I came onboard a couple of months ago to also help answering the tickets. As you can imagine, the support is one of the toughest tasks for us because every request is unique.
I can only say that I recently helped another chap who got images for all 200 games he had contributed over the years.
In case there are others having the very same problem: Please do re-submit your request or answer to the last answer you got from us to re-activate your ticket. You will get a reply within 1-2 weeks (usually much sooner).
