Ooops, forgot to mention another thing...

I also updated Phalanx II - The Return to use the .IPF so you will also need to do the following after applying the "Configurations_AdjustedLEDs":

Delete the directory "C:\WinUAE\Games\Phalanx II - The Return".
Download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE".
