Hey Cosmic,
If you'd said you wanted text, I'd have typed the pages out for you. It would have been almost as fast as setting up each page on the flatbed scanner.
Since you have them now, I have some OCR software on an old cover CD which I think is a full version. I'll see if I can find it for you tomorrow and upload it.
