Copying files from CD are corrupt

Anyone have any idea why when I drag and drop file from my CD to anywhere on my hard drive the files are corrupt but when I go to a cli and manually copy the files they work fine.

I tried this on 10 adf's. When I would drag and drop the adf's I would get DF0:NDOS after the TSGUI was finished writing the disc, but when I would go to cli and do COPY CD0:Install.adf to dh1: and then make the image the floppy would work. Same with LHA.RUN, I dragged and dropped and then went the the cli and typed LHA.RUN and then is saiad FILE CURRUPT ABORTING, but when I went to the cli and did COPY CD0:LHA.RUN to DH1: then executed LHA.RUN extracted no problem.

I burned the CD on my PC with Red Rock Extensions

I have it working but I am curious about the behavior.

I would appreciate if anyone could shed some light

Thanks
