i only heard about his "Flyer Mastery Guide" but never seen in the wild. over at
amiga.org is a thread about it.
he was co-author of "LightWave 3D Applied", but this started for version 5.6 , i guess.
i added some coverdisks of Lightwave Pro magazine - they have very nice ready-to-render scenes they discuss within the magazine. they are in the ftp folder.
if you have any other coverdisks from lw/vt related magazines, please share with us.
