May I ask a little favour? Could you replace the URL, please? The "correct" one is: http://saimobvq.interfree.it/MEMO/ - the reason is that the files are only temporarily hosted on BOH's web space (because the Interfree ISP forces horrible banners to appear on the websites it hosts), but that could/will change in future.
