Going back to the original question, I think the 3000 series seems to be the most difficult to get hold of these days. The 4000 comes up every now and then and are relatively cheap. 2000's - loads of them about on ebay.de
and if you don't need all the Zorro slots et al just buy a 500 as that's what they're based on.
