Since Battle Squadron, SWoS and Flashback have already been mentioned I can only add:

Pinball Dreams

Fantasies/Illusions/Slam Tilt may be technically more impressive but the music and atmosphere of Nightmare, Ignition, Steel Wheels and Beat Box as well as gameplay have definitely stood the test of time.
