"A-Programs disk:" is the Programs folder (SYS:Programs), verifies that you have the right assignment, see screnshot.
If you don't have a file "Assign-Startup" in S: you can add this assignment in the user startup.
Assign >NIL: A-Programs: SYS:Programs
