Is a Phase 5 Blizzard 1230-IV with a bonus 16MB SIMM.
Tested on a couple of a1200s and all seems good.
Has a box - but can't find the manual yet - if it turns up ill fwd it.
No reserve - starting at a tenner plus p&p - just want it to go to a good amiga home...
