Amazing work as always on the constant improvements!

Though I'd jump into this beta (Beta 18), curious how the Direct 3D11 would run. Seems my PC doesn't like it. WinUAE starts to crawl at 2 FPS with Direct 3D11 activated, I can remedy this by switching off Low Latency Vsync.

Things start to run smooth with Low Latency Vsync off along with Direct 3D11, but I get some very mild screen tear. Using double buffering eliminates this tearing. Sorry if I missed something obvious, late to the party.
