A bit of a workaround for Firefox/Chrome users on PC is to merge the different pages using an add-on called
PageZipper, and then making a PDF. Not entirely elegant as the "header" and "footer" of each page after the first one will be included, but you can chop those bits out to make the list flow better using a PDF editor if you want to make the layout neater. Anyway, it'll save you the trouble of saving out multiple PDFs and then having to merge them into a single PDF.
