It won't speed up things massively unless you also get a SCSI-kit to go along with it and use a CF with a SCSI-to-IDE adapter (unless you want to use a really clunky and noisy SCSI drive

I think it's not worth to get a 1260 if all you do is play games. If you're REALLY interested in 060 demos then it could make some sense, otherwise stick with the 030.
