Of course not. You can't print the internal scalings/interpolations of your display into a screenshot. A photo would show it though, especially in WB shots or games which uses the standard Amiga fonts.

As Toni said your LCD/LED display has only 1 native resolution (the one you use in Windows). If you switch it to any other it shows scaling and interpolation artefacts (ugly blurring i.e.). You use filter to "hide" this effects in WinUAE. 640x480/640x512 are CRT resolutions, they don't have a native fixed resolution like modern displays.
