2.5" hard drives (as used in the A1200) only need 5V too. But don't mind what Hewitson says - many people use SSDs on Amigas. Nothing silly about it.

Yep, any device that is compatible with IDE will happily run at the slower speeds, or as fast as the Amiga allows.

What do you mean by "true"? There are PCMCIA LAN cards that work well on the A1200, as well as other options depending on how the machine was expanded (e.g. Zorro slots or PSI slots in a tower conversion both allow LAN cards to be added).
