I was looking at my CD32 at lunch and noticed that something just didnt look right... Pin 41 and 42 when measured to each other is zero ohms. i checked the A1200 that i lifted pin 41 on and... i have lifted pin 42 instead!!. Pin 42 is identified as Gnd2 and pin41 must be internally connected to it because it does work in pal mode now even though pin 41 is still connected to the pad (check my image and count the pins

here is a pic of Alice's pinout that i found somewhere while trolling the net..

i am now assuming that because i lifted Gnd2 then that also effectively removes pin 41 from ground. It doesnt appear to be affecting anything else but i'll keep an eye on it...
