Clown O Mania, at least the ADF I downloaded, is a NDOS disk which means it has a custom bootblock which makes it readable to the game code only. AmigaDOS cannot read it.
Now the custom bootblock has been replaced by something else which behaves like a standard bootblock, i.e. it starts AmigaDOS and AmigaDOS finds that it cannot read it.
This is most likely a bootblock virus. It can be any bootblock virus not just Saddam and there are hundreds.
If the disk was an original, it is destroyed for good now.
If it was a copy of an ADF, then you should write the ADF back to disk.
But first make sure that your Amiga is no longer infected. Switch it off and after switching it on, boot it with a disk known to not beeing infected.
And always put the write protect switch on for every disk you insert and open it only if you really want to write to it.
