Actually, I play ARMA 3 on the PC and that game is really close (set it to the lowest graphics and geometry mode) but it is too hardcore to pickup for 20-30 .

I don't know if you have tried it, but I used to make simple little missions with the mission builder in ARMA 3. Basically put several bad guys in a little village - and clear it. It was good fun and could be as short as you like.
