This version comes with box and all goodies.
Seen it a couple of times, but either manual only + disk or the mere disk.
Also the fact that it's not in HOL means that a boxed version is *not* that easy to get.
(Next time I'll omit the 'rare' or replace it by 'rare (?)'

As far as
Dr. Xes is a game: yes.
It's very similar to ELIZA (C64), which is also listed on most *game* sites.
