I finally got an email from them today. They explained that they get a ton of mails and must have overlooked mine. Anyway, they are now ready to ship my order. This is 12 days after I ordered the case.
I ordered a proper case badge the same day I ordered the case so I already have the badge. I realise it's just a simple sticker that comes with the case.
