Yes and no.. ;-)
Kryoflux doesnt create IPFs..
It creates stream files (or ADFs, but that loses a lot of protection stuff..).
You can send in your stream files to SPS I believe to get an IPF if one doesn't already exist.
They are planning on adding creating of a format directly called "draft," which will be like a end-user version of an IPF supposedly...
