However, the loose disk creates a working CT Raw in WinUAE, loads and plays but fails in WHDLoad with the message "The data/disk-files are damaged or it is an unsupported version." The installer copies the disk but it's only when running the game does the error appear. The fact the generated CT Raw file runs in WinUAE suggests the disk isn't corrupted, so could it be an unsupported version?

Have attached both CT Raw images if anyone wants to investigate!
Hi Barry

Your Retail version of Swiv has the track 12 side 0 and 1 either BAD or modified.

EDIT : your retail version is the very first version of the game, it doesn't have any revision number !!

I have tried to activate the cheat mode NCC-1701 and it doesn't seem to work. Can you please try on your PC under winuae ?

Your loose version is perfect. It's not modified, and it doesn't have any defect. It has the copylock on track 0 side 1, and the whole game data on MFM encoded tracks.

It has the revision number v1.0 dated 28-02-91, and there is an existing official IPF of this one (#0038).

The interesting version is your retail disk.
