I saw this auction:

On the photographed screen it can be read "by SinSoft 1992".
I wonder if it's different from Relokick.
Is it perhaps more sophisticated? Maybe it can be used with other Kickstart/ROM files, since it shows on screen:
"Reading kickstart file...
Relocating...
Patching..."
