A few useful things:
Xoper system monitor
Hex binary file editor. Very fast text rendering, written by Nicola Salmoria who later went on to develop MAME.
TrackSalve patches into trackdisk.device, useful if using a real Amiga. Can better recover data if you have a disk with some unreadable sectors. (With the normal trackdisk.device, one bad sector means the other ten sectors in that track are unreadable too.)
Chop on Fish disk 302. Useful tool, press hotkey to cut number of displayed bitplanes to speed up system. (E.g. running a Mandelbrot set generator on a 16-colour high-res screen, chopping the number of planes can double its speed.)
