The picture quality is very good with a SCART connection, I would even say it is better than my yellow retired C= 1084S with the added benefit of no flickering on the higher screen modes!

That is one link I found, the model is a Philips Matchline LCD TV. I haven't measured but I'm pretty sure it is around 19", I picked mine up from a second hand stall on the local market for £30. Bargain!
